About Me
Backend developer with 3 years of experience building production APIs and microservices in NestJS, .NET, and Node.js. At Talya Smart I develop RAG workflows and AI integrations alongside multi-tenant provisioning and API infrastructure. Junior Backend Developer

- Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices in NestJS and C#/.NET for customer-facing features, internal admin tooling, and infrastructure.
- Created retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows and integrated AI functionality with backend applications and APIs.
- Built the backend for a pre-launch AI application platform on a 3-engineer team, including PostgreSQL/pgvector vector storage, Docker deployment, API gateway, authentication, and rate limiting.
- Automated tenant provisioning for 10+ enterprise customers, with per-customer server deployment and domain assignment, cutting onboarding from days to under an hour.
- Reduced database load on high-traffic reads with Redis caching; added Redis-backed sessions and rate limiting to protect public endpoints.
- Designed asynchronous RabbitMQ flows for service events and notification/email dispatch, decoupling producers from consumers.
- Resolved 25+ production issues across NestJS and .NET, including cache invalidation and message-queue failures.
- Write unit and integration tests, review code, and collaborate with frontend and product teams to ship features end to end.

- Led a 5-person team building a bot listing and discovery platform, owning the Node.js/Express backend serving 1,000+ listed bots and 100K+ API requests per week.
- Secured the API with JWT authentication and role-based access control.
- Modeled MongoDB schemas and optimized high-traffic queries for performance and scalability.
- Added Redis caching, session storage, and rate limiting to improve reliability under load.
- Implemented Kafka messaging for asynchronous event processing between backend services.
- Deployed and maintained the platform on Linux servers.

Projects
XONAROct 2025 – Jul 2026
- Luxury fashion e-commerce storefront built in a two-person team; owned the backend and the Shopify integration layer.
- Built a NestJS/TypeORM/PostgreSQL e-commerce API from scratch: JWT auth with refresh tokens, email verification and password reset, role-based admin hierarchy, product catalog with file uploads, inventory, cart, transactional orders, shipping, CMS pages, and newsletter.
- Integrated Stripe and Iyzico payment gateways, documented every endpoint with Swagger/OpenAPI, and covered modules with Jest unit and e2e tests.
- Containerized the API and PostgreSQL with Docker Compose and set up GitHub Actions to deploy to the production server on every push to main.
- Implemented the headless Shopify integration in Next.js: Storefront API product and catalog data, Cart API CRUD, and Customer Account API login with OAuth 2.0 + PKCE and encrypted session cookies.
